Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free of any damage, alterations, or odors

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at the customer's expense.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Your reason for return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Tomato Stores USA is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been processed. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or card provider.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or color? Just mention it in your return email and we will hold the item for you while your return is in transit. Exchanges are processed as soon as your return is received.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. This will always be clearly noted on the product page before you buy.
